Funeral services for Mrs. Amelia Allen, who passed away at the home of her son, Virgil Allen, Thursday night at Griffithville, were held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the New Hope Church, with the Rev. Monroe Thompson conducting the service.
The choir san, "Rock of Ages" and "Sweet By and By".
Interment was in Belcher Cemetery with the Daniel Funeral Home in charge of the services.
