BENTONVILLE — Kathy Ann Hathorn, 60, of Bentonville passed away Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. She was born April 5, 1957, in Fullerton, Calif., to Roman and Thelma Wade Hathorn.

Kathy was a former claims adjuster for Walmart. She loved her grandchildren and was a very loving mother with a very caring heart.

She is preceded in death by her father and her dad, Herbert Ellis.

Survivors include her mother, Thelma Ellis of Springdale, two sons, Jason Gremard of Springdale and her other son, Kalen Wilson of Bentonville who she accepted into her home; one daughter, Krystle Owen of Springdale; Kathy's boyfriend, Bob Bruckner of Bentonville, three grandchildren, Shyenne Gremard, Courtney Casebolt and Emma Grace Owen, two special friends who were like sisters, Dianne Davis of Springdale and Carla Hefner of Fayetteville, 10 cousins, many aunts, and one special uncle Jay Stamps and many friends.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at 10 a.m. at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, 1000 North Gutensohn Road, with Pastor Clark Snow officiating. Burial will follow in Sonora Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, 1000 North Gutensohn Road.
