When Paul Leopold Rossi was born on August 29, 1890, in Center Ridge, Arkansas, his father, Joseph, was 39 and his mother, Maria, was 23. He married Vincinza 'Jane' DeSalvo Rossi on November 27, 1912, in his hometown. They had eight children in 20 years. He died on May 12, 1950, in Center Ridge, Arkansas, at the age of 59, and was buried there.
