When Frank Marion 'Francis Maximus' Rossi was born on February 24, 1899, in Center Ridge, Arkansas, his father, Romedio, was 41 and his mother, Adelaide, was 36. He married Mary Lena Paladino on January 6, 1921, in his hometown. They had seven children during their marriage. He died on July 29, 1987, in Center Ridge, Arkansas, at the age of 88, and was buried there.
