Erma Dee Brannon Reynolds, 85, passed away Tuesday morning, January 13, 2009 at 2:45 a.m. at Southridge Nursing Home in Heber Springs, Arkansas. She was born April 2, 1923 in Guy, Arkansas to James Marshall and Cora Lee Battles Brannon.
She is survived by two daughters and one son and their families, Phyllis Amro and husband, Omar, of Scottsdale, Arizona; Larry Haskell Reynolds and wife, Dale, of Choctaw and Judy Lyn Henard, and husband Mike of Searcy. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and their families, Sara Brewer and Susan Brewer, of Scottsdale; David Brewer and wife, Heidi, of Gilbert, Arizona; Ali Amro of Scottsdale, Shannon Bragg and husband, Don, of Enola; Shelly Gross and husband, Wesley; Sandy Hollman and husband, John and Michael (Mickey) Henard and wife, Amanda, all of Searcy; Kyle Reynolds and wife, Kelly, and Ashley Alderson and husband, Chris, all of Dallas, Texas and five step-grandchildren, Sami Amro, of Scottsdale; Miriam Amro and Dina Amro of Great Britain, Jaime Bobbitt and wife, April, of Vilonia; and Tracy Boudreau of Louisiana.
She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, Hannah Brewer, of Arizona; Isaac and Abigail Hollman, Madalyn and Libby Gross, all of Searcy, and Kylie and Kacie Bragg, of Enola. Eleven step-great grandchildren and one step-great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Royce H. Reynolds; one son, Ronnie Douglas Reynolds, one brother, James Thomas Brannon and her parents.
Erma Reynolds was a loving and generous wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many who met her and knew her along the pathway of her life. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Conway and a retired employee of Conway Human Development Center. She enjoyed traveling to the Holy Land, Haiti and Peru with several of her family members.
Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Visitation is Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
