June 26, 1894 - January 26, 1965
William E. (Bill) Hill, 70, of 111 Dixie Dr., died suddenly Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Hill was born June 26, 1894, in Vivian, La. He was a retired production superintendent for H. L. Hunt and the Placid Oil Co. He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church. Survivors include: his widow, Mrs. Ruth Hietzman Hill; one half-sister, Mrs. I. A. Patillo of Beaumont, Tex., and one half-brother, J. W. Hill of Mobile, Ala. Funeral services have been announced for Thursday at 2 p.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church, with burial in Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Pratt Funeral Home.
