Julia Elizabeth Drake, 80, Fayetteville, died July 4 in Springdale hospital. She was born Aug. 18, 1894, at Ellis, Kan., the daughter of Willie LaShell and Sabina Terry Drake. She was a housewife and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons, Gail Drake, Fayetteville, Cecil Drake, Monroe, La., Virgil Drake, Springfield, Mo., and Donald Drake, Springdale; three daughters, Miss Maurine A. Drake, Washington, D. C., Sabina Curtis, Cave Springs, and Twila Burson, Peggs, Okla.; two sisters, Faye Alcorn and Eva Andrews, Gentry; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday at 4 p.m. at White Oak Church with Rev. Bill Danner officiating. Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
