FAYETTEVILLE — Mamie Marie Drake, 88, of Fayetteville died Oct. 19, 2005, at North Hills Life Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was born Aug. 2, 1917, at Drakes Creek to Norman and Nora Mathis Drake. She was retired from Levi Strauss and was a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church.
Survivors include one sister, Clydia Bella Drake of the home; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Ridgeview Baptist Church with the Rev. Charlie Brown officiating.
Burial will be in Buckner Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
