GRAVETTE - Goldie Marie "Davis" Arnold of Gravette, Ark., passed away Oct. 2, 2013. She was born to the late Alfred and Eula (Shearer) Davis on Feb. 12, 1934, in Bentonville, Ark.

She was the loving wife of the late Russell Lee Arnold, whom she married on July 30, 1952.

Goldie was a baker at the Holiday Inn in Bentonville, librarian at the Bentonville Library, and worked at Bemco in Centerton for many years. She was a loving homemaker for her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed painting and cooking.

She is survived by her three daughters, Constance and husband, Ray Raley, of O'Fallon, Mo.; Dana and husband, Brian Liska, of Paragould, Ark.; and Raytana and husband, Billy Steenblock, of Pineville, Mo.; 13 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband; three brothers, George D. Davis, James A. Davis and Dennis Davis; son, Kenny Arnold; and granddaughter, Jennifer.

A visitation will be held Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013, from 2 until 4 p.m. at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel.

A funeral service will be Monday, Oct. 7, 2013, at 2 p.m. in East Side Assembly of God, in Bentonville. Burial will follow at Dent Cemetery in Washburn, Mo.
