Glen Alvie Arnold, 67, of Bentonville, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, at his home.
He was born Oct. 28, 1924, at Monte Ne, to John Arnold and Flossie Morgan Arnold. A farmer, he spent most of his life in the Pea Ridge area and moved to Bentonville in 1987. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Glenda Fay Arnold.
Survivors are his wife, Eula Arnold; three sons, Alvie and Buddy Arnold, both of Bentonville, and David Arnold of Centerton; four daughters, Peggy Baker of Lowell, Marie Cowgur and Mary Ann McCracken, both of Bentonville, and Ellen Roller of Pea Ridge; three brothers, J.C. Arnold of Exeter, Mo., Clyde Arnold of Pea Ridge, and Paul Arnold of Centerton; two sisters, Opal Patterson of Bentonville, and Vivian Hendrix of Seligman, Mo.; 17 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Funeral is set for 2 p.m. Thursday at Sisco Funeral Home Chapel with Hugh Hicks officiating. Burial is to be in Dent Cemetery. Visitation is set for 5-7 p.m, today at the funeral home.
