Owen Stamps, 64, of Springdale, died Friday at Springdale Memorial Hospital. He was born Feb. 28, 1914, at Osage, Ark.
He was a retired truck driver.
Survivors are his wife, Fern Beasley Stamps of the home; five sons, Walter Stamps, of Portage, Mich., Ralph E. Stamps of Springdale, Rick Stamps of Cave Springs, Jerry Stamps and Ronnie Stamps, both of the home; seven daughters, Colleen Collins, Roberta Stokes, Pam Dearien and Cathy Stamps, all of Springdale, and Glaira Stamps, Cheryl Stamps and Denise Stamps, all of the home; two brothers, Foster Stamps of Santa Paula, Calif., and Fred D. Stamps Sr. of Springdale; four sisters, Hazel Brown of Stockton, Calif., Mrs. Cleo Neff of Woodlake, Calif., Mrs. Lois Williams of Fayetteville, and Mrs. Pansy Nickles of Brea, Ky.; and 13 grandchildren.
Services will he at 2 p.m. Monday at the Sisco Chapel in Springdale with burial in the Friendship Cemetery.

Fern M. Stamps, 73, of Springdale died Friday, April 15, 1994, at Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born May 27, 1920, in Benton County, the daughter of Roscoe and Bertie Anne Beasley Smith, she was a homemaker and preceded in death by her husband, Walter Owen Stamps.
Survivors include five sons, Walter Stamps, Rick Stamps, and Ralph Stamps, all of Springdale, and Jerry Stamps and Ronnie Stamps, both of the home; seven sisters, Colleen Rose of Fayetteville, Denise Sizemore and Cheryl Stamps, both of Rogers, Cathy Smith of Noel, Mo., and Gloria Stamps, Roberta Stokes and Pam Dearien, all of Springdale; 20 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Sisco Chapel with the Rev. Cecil Garrison officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive guests at the Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale from 3 to 5 p.m. today. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society, 102 Woodcliff Road, Springdale, 72764.
