Kristie Kelley Griffin, 36, of Shreveport, Louisiana, died Thursday, November 10, 2016. Mrs. Griffin was a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, a former resident of Memphis, Tennessee, Greenville, Mississippi, Lake Village and Hamburg having moved back to Shreveport six years ago. She graduated from Phoenix University in Memphis, Tennessee and she worked in the casino industry.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Elmer & Johnnie Kelley and Amzie Frisby.

She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Kenny Griffin of Shreveport, Louisiana; her parents, Jim & Vickie Frisby Kelley of Byhalia, Mississippi; a brother, James Brian Kelley and wife, Kay, of Little Rock; two nieces, Danyelle & Brianna Kelley; a nephew, James Matthew Kelley; grandfather, Curley Frisby of Hot Springs; great-uncle, Charles Frisby of Bay and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services are 2 pm., Monday, November 14, 2016 at the Green Grove Chapel, outside of Strong, Arkansas, with Bro. Rodney Thompson officiating. Burial will be in the Green Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers are Tyler Knapp, Mike Frisby, Mark Risher, Travis Mann, Gilberto Mondragon, Jerry Elliott and Glen Elliott.

Visitation will be 1-2 p.m., Monday at the church.
