Actually this isn't a cemetery but is the spot where a few of the Byerly Family was buried. A huge cottonwood tree is standing in the middle of the headstones. It is located in the Atkins Bottoms, about two hundred yards west of the location of the old Galley School. This land was settled by the Byerly's and in later years was sold to the Lemley Estate, having been owned by only two families.
