Betty L. Jackson, age 79, a resident of Hector, died Sunday, May 4, 2008, at
Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, while visiting her son and family.

She was born June 5, 1928 to the late Oscar and Louise Kinnard Mittlebuscher. She was a retired beautician and a member of the Hector Assembly of God church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in
death by her husband, James E. "Jay" Jackson, a son, Robert Jay Jackson
and step-mother, Vida Belle Lynch and 3 brothers.

She is survived by:

3 Sons and 2 Daughters-in-law:

John David Jackson of Hector
Jimmy Dale and Neritza Jackson of Navarre, Florida
James Larry and Vickie Jackson of Kernersville, North Carolina

1 Daughter and Son-in-law:

Barbara Joyanne and Dennis Ross of Kansas City, Missouri

4 Brothers-in-law and 5 Sisters-in-law:

Earl and Ruby Jackson, Claude and Frances Jackson, Elmer Jackson, and Naomi Jackson of Russellville. Dimple Jackson of London. Melvin and
Bobbie Jackson of Dardanelle.

A number of Nieces and Nephews

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Shinn Chapel with
the Rev. Dean Caldwell officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park by Shinn Funeral Service.

Visitation will be 6:00 P.m. to 7:30 P.m. Friday at the funeral home.
