Wife of Gaberil Schmalz
Louisa was born in Altschweier, Baden, Germany. She was the daughter of Athanasius Hörth and Martina Habich. On 21 Jan 1874, Louisa married Gaberil Schmalz in Vamhalt, Baden-Baden, Germany. On 29 Mar 1880, Gabriel Schmalz, his wife Louise, and their children: Konrad and Felix boarded the Steamship Maas in Rotterdam, Netherlands departing to the United States of America. Louisa and Gaberil's identified children were: Conrad Charles, Caroline, Felix, Mary Sofia, Frank M., Adolf Edward, Leo, and Frances Regina.
