Audrey Horton (Markle) Nesbitt, 90, of Mtn. View was born August 29, 1920 to W.V. and Clara (Brown) Markle.

Audrey was united in marriage with Dwain E. Nesbitt on July 10, 1942. This union was blessed with three children, Toby, Dan and Sammye.

Audrey was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Audrey always loved doing crafts with her grandkids—teaching them to point. She would always work hard to get her projects in the county fair which she most always received blue ribbons.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Georgia Thomas of Morrilton, Vergie Balter of Stockton, CA, Juanita Bratten of Little Rock and Fayola Rogers of MO; brother, Raydean Markle died at birth in Monarch, AR; her daughter, Sammye D. Nesbitt and son, Dan Nesbitt and grandson Toby E. Nesbitt, Jr. all of Mtn. View.

Audrey is survived by her husband, Dwain E. Nesbitt; son Toby Nesbitt and wife Janet; brother, L.C. ‘Sam' Markle of Lodi,CA; grandchildren, Tonya Robey, Tabathe Stanley and Jess Lemay; four great-grandchildren, GIGI Robey, Cierra ‘Peanut' Stanley, Calem and Sammye Lee and a host of family and friends who will miss her dearly.

Visitation is 10 a.m. – 12 noon, Friday, December 17, 2010 at Foothills Baptist Church., Mtn. View, AR.

Funeral service is 2 p.m., Friday, December 17, 2010 at Foothills Baptist Church, Mtn. View with Bro. David Campbell and Bro. Don Strait officiating.

Roller Crouch Funeral Home, Mountain View is in charge of the arrangements.
