SILOAM SPRINGS -- Hazel Mae Farley, 93, of Siloam Springs died Sept. 26, 1995, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. She was born April 17, 1902, in Cincinnati (Washington County) to Elmer and Emma Simmons McClain. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Siloam Springs. She was preceded in death in 1985 by her husband, James Alton Farley, to whom she was married Oct. 18, 1924, in Siloam Springs, and one daughter, Sheila Farley.

Survivors include two sons, James E. Farley of Siloam Springs and Milton R. Farley of Edmond, Olda.; one daughter, Gwendolyn Horton of Tulsa, Okla.; one sister, Avis Garlick of Oklahoma City; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs with the Rev. Steven Stall officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
