Irvin Wade Wise, Sr., 78, passed away on September 29, 2022 in Rogers. He was born in Perryville, Arkansas to the late William W. Wise and Glinnie (Mackey).
Irvin was a hard worker and was always busy doing projects or working in his yard. He loved to garden, camping with his kids during his younger years, fishing at Roaring River in Missouri and other places, traveling just for the love of driving.
He also worked for Tyson for 25 years before retiring.
He was 1 out of 11 siblings, eight of which preceded him in death.
Irvin is survived by his wife, Glenda Wise; children, Darlene Rollins (Don) of West Fork, Wade Wise (Georgina) of Siloam Springs, and John Wise (Melissa) of Rogers; 2 step-children, Maryanne Ballard and Richie Morris of Centerton; 2 brothers, Donnie Wise (Pauletta) of Rogers and Ricky Wise of Joplin, Missouri; 7 grandchildren, Aaron Clark, Amanda Alley, Stephanie Fleet, Caroline Robinette, Cody Wise, Amanda Chappell, Steven Smith; 19 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Marsha Sue Wise, 33, of Seligman, Mo., died Dec. 27, 1992 at Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville. She was born April 4, 1959, at Rogers, to Truman Jennings and Cleo Ash Jennings.
A lifetime area resident, she was a member of Gospel Outreach Church.
Survivors include her husband, Irvin Wise,; her father, Truman Jennings of Coalinga, Calif.; her mother, Cleo Ash of Seligman; two sons, Shannon and Kendall Howell, both of the home; two stepsons, Johnny and Wade Wise, both of Bentonville; a step-daughter, Darlene Clark of Rogers; a sister, Donna Van Twuyver of Seligman; and seven step-grandchildren.
Funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, Rogers, by the Rev. Lowell Sartin.
Burial will be in Pratt Cemetery north of Avoca.
Visitation is 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.
