KIRBY, James - James Kirby died Sunday evening January 11 after an illness of several weeks in his home near Siloam Springs. He is survived by his wife and one son, Louis, two sisters, Mrs. Watson of Mena and Miss Bess Kirby of Los Angeles, and a brother, Frank, of Newport. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon conducted by Rev. A.L. Cline, and burial was made in Oak Hill cemetery. Mrs. Watson of Mena, Richard Grimm of Stroud, Okla. and Mr. and Mrs. A. Brogdan of Gentry were among those from out of town who attended the funeral.
