CANE HILL — Vivian Adeline Welch, 88, of Cane Hill died Sept. 29, 2008, at her home. She was born July 5, 1920, in Lesueur, Minn., to George and Margaret McCormick Busse.
She was Catholic. She enjoyed fishing, traveling and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Welch.
Survivors include her son, Jim Welch and wife Janet of Cane Hill; five sisters, Ruth Larson of Skokie, Ill., Verna Brown of Carlsbad, N.M., Valerie Romig of Lakewood, Calif., Elaine Wilson of Albuquerque, N.M., and Joan King of West Fork; two grandchildren, Amy Welch and Tonya Welch.
Family services will be held later.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Washington Regional Hospice, 34 W. Colt Square, Fayetteville, 72703.
