BLEVINS, P.Y. - Bro. P.Y. Blevins was born September 17, 1866 and departed this life, after six weeks suffering, on the morning of May 27, 1907. He professed religion at the age of 17 years and united with the Christian church. Was married to Miss Laura Foreman Sept. 1, 1899. He leaves a wife and two little girls, Sallie, 5 years and Lillie, 3 years, mother, one brother, three sisters and many relatives and friends to mourn his departure. He was an industrious man, having a good home near Maysville. His funeral was preached at his home on Tuesday, May 29 and was buried by the Odd Fellows in the Maysville cemetery. W.D. Joyner.
