Ray Tiner, 87, of Cassville, Mo., died Monday at St. Vincent Hospital in Monett, Mo. He was born Jan. 14, 1891, in Garfield, He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a retired farmer and veteran of World War I.
Survivors include three sons, Dale Tiner of Pebble Beach, Calif., Johnny Tiner of Newton, Kan., and Harold Tiner of Honolulu, Hawaii; two daughters, Mrs. Wynell Koches of Donathan, Ala., and Mrs. Lou Stewart of Cassville; a brother, Wyatt Tiner of Springdale; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Williams Chapel in Cassville, with Ron Stough officiating. Burial will be in Pratt cemetery south of Garfield.
