Odell Emory Miller, 71, of Crossett died Wednesday, March 14, 2001, at his home. Born March 8, 1929, in the Pugh community, he was an U. S. Army veteran and a retired city transit bus driver in Houston, TX. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte.
Survivors include a brother, Don Sivils and wife Joyce of Crossett; a sister, Shirley Knight of Channelview, TX; two nieces, Shannon Sivils of Maumelle and Diane Ivins and husband Greg of Channelview; and a nephew, Stephen Sivils and wife Samantha of Benton.
Grave-side services were at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 15, at the Carter Cemetery with Robyn Allen officiating. Pallbearers were Travis Ferrell, Troy Wisecarver, Herman Johnson, Les Black, Billy Jack Ragland and Terry Gray. Arrangements were by Jones Funeral Home of Crossett.
