Terry Mack Kitchens was the son of Chester Kitchens and Gladys McDougald Kitchens
He was a U.S. Army veteran and member Pleasant Valley Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Virginia Smith Kitchens whom he married March 29, 1974. 2 daughters Rhonda Smith Powell and spouse Scott, Brandon, MS., Tammy Smith Sullivan and spouse Jimmy, Monticello, AR. 2 brothers Travis Kitchens, Kilgore, TX., James Kitchens, Warren, AR. 4 grandchildren Courtney Powell, Kristen Lloyd, Whitney Bessonette, Loran Sullivan. 2 great-grandchildren Blair Lloyd and Rowen Powell.
