Billy Ray was born in Bradley County, AR.
He was the son of Marlin Lee Kitchens and Zadie Smith Kitchens. He a U.S. Navy veteran. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors are 1 brother Johnny Kitchens and spouse Doris, Freeport, TX. 2 sisters Flora Gilbert and spouse Thomas, Hampton, AR. and Bess Reed, Jersey, AR. Several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will include a flag presentation.
