GREEN, F.W. - F.W. Green of Garfield died April 21st, 1930 at the age of 74 years. He was commonly known as Uncle Dill and was born in Hickory County, Missouri September 24, 1855. He lived there 14 years and came to Arkansas, settling near Garfield where he remained the rest of his life. December 28, 1879 he was married to Annis Ford and to this union 11 children were born, nine of whom are deceased. He obeyed the Gospel call August 12, 1917 under the preaching of Evangelist U.G. Wilkerson of the Church of Christ and lived faithful to the end. He is survived by his wife, two sons, Earl and Raymond Green, both of Garfield, 13 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three sisters and other relatives and friends who mourn his loss.

Tobe and Dill had several children. Most are buried here. Most did not live long. Meekley died in WWI in France. She had him brought home.

Dora Green Staniford
1883 - 1905 buried in Oklahoma. Dora and Norman were living in a tent, near Ramona, as Norman was a laborer for Midland Valley. She was making the bed and accidentally discharged a gun that hung across the foot of the bed in a rack made of cords. Their son Floyd was raised by Tobe and Dill.
