Mrs. JENNIE EDENS
Mrs. Jennie Edens, 79, Rt. 1, Mannford, Okla., died Feb. 24 in Bartlett Memorial Hospital, Sapulpa, Okla. Born Feb. 16, 1899, at London, Ky., she was the daughter of John and Margaret Weaver Petree and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Scott Edens of the home; six sons, Luther Edens of Coyville, Kan., Clint Edens of Tulsa, Okla., Claud Edens of St. Paul, Jake Edens of Huntsville, Wayne Edens of Kensett and Wiley Edens of Tulsa, Okla.; five daughters, Mrs. Bessie Ogden of Beebe, Mrs. Eunice Ogden and Mrs. Goldie Sams of Mannford, Okla., Mrs. Martha Mitchell of Tonasket, Wash., and Mrs. Geneva Malone of Springfield; one brother, Bob Petree of Modesto, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Martha Keck of Fort Worth, Texas, Mrs. Myrt Bailey of Modesto, Calif., and Mrs. Annie Jordan of Witter; 37 grandchildren and 29 greatgrandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home, Huntsville, with C.J. Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Ledbetter Cemetery under the direction of Brashears.
