Nick D. Rayon

Nick D. Rayon, 80, of Golden, Mo., former Benton County resident, died at 10 p.m. Sunday in a Cassville, Mo., hospital. He was born June 21, 1898, in Benton County.

He was a retired farmer. He attended the Assembly of God Church.

Survivors are two daughters, Florence Shumaker of Golden and Mrs. Mable Steiner of Lincolnville, Kan.; one sister, Mrs. Myrtle Royster of Rogers; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Reddick Chapel near Garfield with Rev. Norman Clark of Eureka Springs officiating. Burial will be in the Reddick Cemetery under the direction of the Axley's Chapel of Cassville, Mo.

Mrs. Mary Caroline Rayon

Mrs. Mary Caroline Rayon, 72, of Golden, Mo., died Saturday in the Eureka Springs Municipal Hospital, She was born April 3, 1905, at the Glade Community.

She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her husband, Nick Rayon of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Florence Shumaker of Golden, Mo., and Mrs. Mable Steiner of Lincolnville, Kan.; a brother, Wyth Morrison of Rupert, Ida.; two sisters, Mrs, Lena Dean of Seligman, Mo., and Mrs. Neda Nichols of Bentonville; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Axley's Culver Chapel of Cassville, Mo. Burial will be in Reddick Cemetery at Garfield.
