BEASLEY, Margaret Earl - Margaret Beasley, 14 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Beasley, living north of Springdale, died Sunday afternoon in the Fayetteville hospital following injuries received that morning when she was struck by a car near her home as she was on her way to Sunday school. In trying to cross the highway she was struck by a car as she was attempting to dodge another one. The accident is said to have been unavoidable.

Margaret Earl Beasley, aged 14, died at 3:30 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Fayetteville City Hospital from injuries received Sunday morning when struck by a car on Highway No. 71 near Springdale. Margaret and her two younger brothers were walking from their home to Sunday School in town. Cars were coming from both directions and in crossing the highway to avoid one car she was struck by another. Her brothers were not hurt. She suffered a severe head injury and was in a critical condition when carried to the Fayetteville hospital. An operation was performed Sunday night. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Beasley who live on Highway No. 71 a short distance north of Springdale.
