EIDSON, Henry - Henry Eidson, one of the best known stock men of Washington county, died Monday morning of heart failure while on his way to Fayetteville. The team stopped at Clear Creek and as Mr. Eidson stepped on the wagon tongue to get out of the wagon he fell forward into the shallow stream. He was dead when a son succeeded in getting the body to the shore. Doctors say death was the result of heart failure and not of drowning. He lived six miles from Fayetteville and was 61 years old.
