Rogers Democrat
Wednesday, February 25, 1903
CARROLL, Felix - Felix Carroll died last Thursday evening at his home five miles east of Rogers on Prairie Creek. His death was caused by pneumonia, the result of a serious accident several weeks ago in which he had several ribs broken. Funeral services were held at the Baptist Church in this city Saturday afternoon at two o'clock and were under the auspices of Rogers Lodge, No. 89, I.O.O.F. of which the deceased had been a member for many years. Mr. Carroll was born in Boone county, this state, and had been a resident of Rogers for over twenty years. His wife was Miss Mary Puckett, eldest daughter of the late A.A. Puckett, and they had four children, two sons and two daughters - all of whom are now living. The Democrat joins with the many friends in extending their deepest sympathy to the bereaved family.
