CARROLL, Ray C. - Funeral service for Ray C. Carroll, 54, who died at his home southwest of Rogers at midnight Saturday, was held Monday afternoon at 2:30 at the Callison funeral home with the Rev. Joseph Miller, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, officiating. Burial was in the Rogers cemetery with A.D. Callison in charge. Mr. Carroll had been in poor health for about a year but his condition did not become critical until about a week ago. Mr. Carroll was born at Capron, Ill. but moved to South Dakota with his parents when he was six years old. Mr. Carroll and his family moved to the farm home southwest of Rogers about 15 years ago. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Flora Carroll, four daughters, Miss Bernice Carroll, an employee of the Unionaid Life Insurance company, Rogers, Mrs. Robert McNutt, Conway, Ark., Miss Agnes Carroll, a teacher in the Magazine, Ark. schools and Miss Mabel Carroll, a senior in the Rogers high school; and one sister, Mrs. Maud Olesen of Marengo, Ill.
