Myrtle Ruth Aycock, 84 of Mayflower, died Tuesday, November 9, 2004 in Conway. She was born December 13, 1919 in Roland, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Oscar Lee and Althea Ellen Brazier Goodwin. She was predeceased by her husband of 37 years: Fred Aycock and by a brother: William Lawrence “Bud” Goodwin. She was a member of the Pentecostal Lighthouse of Marche’ and served on the Board of the Senior Citizens of Mayflower.

She is survived by her children: Betty Hairston, Bonnie Spruiell, and Jimmy Aycock all of Mayflower, Jesse Aycock of Conway, and Lawrence Aycock of Austin, AR., by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Gary Porcaro, Felix Hall, Jackie Turner, Chris Long, Randalll McPherson, Doug Jones, and Derrick Porcaro.
