Jim Ed Aycock, 56, of Mayflower, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2005. He was born August 30, 1948 in Marianna to the late Fred Lee and Myrtle Ruth Goodwin Aycock.

He was co-owner of A & A Body Shop, a Vietnam Army veteran, and a member of Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Marche.

Survivors include his fiancée, Belva Vega of Mayflower; two sisters, Betty Hairston and husband Howard of Mayflower, and Bonnie Spruiell of Mayflower; two brothers, Jesse Aycock and wife Freda of Conway and Lawrence Aycock and wife Brenda of Austin, AR; and eight nieces and nephews.
