Mrs. Ether B. Clinton Dies
Mrs Ether B. Clinton life-long resident of Oxford died at her home there Tuesday April 26 at the age of 79.
Services were held at the Oxford Baptist Church on Thursday afternoon with Rev. Remmell Rowden officiating. Burial was in Oxford Cemetery.
She was a member of the Baptist Church. Her husband Samuel D. Clinton preceded her in death.
Surviving are four sons, Tollie of Pineville, Fred of Detroit, Mich., Ernest of Oxford and Harmon of Little Rock; one daughter, Mrs. Grace Prewitt of West Plains, Mo; one sister, Mrs. Hattie Julian of Oxford; three brothers, Jim Helm of Melbourne, Jink Helm of Wenatchee, Wash., and Walter Helm of Oxford; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren
