BENTONVILLE -- Tabitha Sierra Brook Lilly, 16 months old, of Bentonville died April 28, 2000, at Bates Medical Center in Bentonville.
She was born Dec. 7, 1998, in Springfield, Mo., to Emmett and Bettina Atwood Lilly. She was a member of Radiant Life Church in Bentonville.
Survivors include her parents of the home; two brothers, Eric Eugene Lilly and Michael Kyle Lilly, both of the home; paternal grandparents, Charles and Carol Ward of Colt and Emmitt Lilly Sr. of Clarksville, Tenn.; maternal grandparents, Betty Burnett of Bentonville and Lloyd C. Atwood of California; paternal great-grandmother, June Tucker of Colt.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Radiant Life Church in Bentonville with Galen Pearcy officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are by Burns Funeral Home of Bentonville.
