F.M. Lilly, a deaf and dumb man who sells notions through this section of country, was killed by the southbound passenger train Tuesday morning a short distance this side of Siloam Springs. He had remained over night with some relatives on Flint Creek and started down the railroad track on foot. Lilly, we understand, had relatives in Siloam Springs and was also a brother-in-law of H.C. Dewey who lives north of Decatur. He lived about an hour after he was struck by the train.
