Kailey Allyse Moss, daughter of William Gregory Moss and Rhonda Elaine Owens Moss, was born August 12, 1992 in Salem, Arkansas. She departed this life on December 11, 2008 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 16 years, 3 months and 29 days.
Kailey was a junior at Izard County Consolidated School. She was active in the Izard County High School Livestock Show team, Key Club, Izard County High School Softball Team and was the manager of the Izard County Senior High Girls Basketball Team. She was a member of the Oxford Methodist and Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her parents; Greg and Rhonda Moss of the home; one sister, Tori Moss of Columbia, Missouri; her paternal grandparents, Herbert and Ima Moss of Oxford; her maternal grandparents, Jimmy and Sue Owens of Oxford; twelve aunts and uncles; Greg and Debbie Wild of Overland Park, Kansas, Roger and Carolyn Whisenant of Mtn. Home, Butch and Beth Strong of Gainesville, Missouri, Larry and Wanda McVey of Brockwell, Tim and Beverly Dockins of Oxford and Rodney and Kim Hutchins of Melbourne; numerous cousins, great aunts and uncles and a host of other relatives and many good friends.
Funeral services was held Sunday, December 14, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Izard County Consolidated School Gymnasium with Steve Stevenson officiating and remarks by Bobby Coleman. Burial was at Oxford Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne.

Pallbearers: Kyle McCandlis, Steven Walker, David Harmon, Matt Orf, Wayne Neal, Spencer Caraway. Honorary Pallbearers: Rachel Harmon, Kristen Smith, Courtney Bookout, Lane Norvold and Sierra Riley.
