Doris Lee Trussell Noble, 51, of Crossett died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2002, at her residence after battling cancer for one year. Born March 8, 1951, to the late Charles and Francis Andersons Trussell in Bayou Meto, Mrs. Noble was a devoted housewife and mother.
Survivors include her husband of eleven years, Donald Frank Noble of Crossett; one son, Cliff Brown of Crossett; one daughter, Amy Watt of Crossett; one grandson, Jacob Watt of Crossett; five sisters, Linda Peebles and husband Milton, Dorthey Stillwell, Vera Crisswell, and Kathy Irons, all of DeWitt, and Terry Alexander and husband Ruben of Marianna; and three brothers, Tommy Trussell and wife Debbie, Buddy Trussell and Donnie Trussell all of DeWitt;
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Jones Funeral Home chapel in Crossett with Revs. Roy Craig and Justin Uselton officiating. Pallbearers were Thomas Smith, Derrick Evans, Ronnie Dillion, Dewey Ward, Todd Brown, Rick Johnson, and Donnie M. Watt. Interment followed services at the Carlock Cemetery.
