Iva Price, age 78, a resident of Lamar, AR, died Tuesday, December 24, 2002 at Lamar, Arkansas. She was born on January 3, 1924 in Pope County, AR, to Richard and Clara (Trapp) Cochran. Mrs. Price was retired from Tyson Foods and was a member of the Eastern Star. She was the widow of Ira Price and also was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include two daughters and one son in law, Rebecca and Bobby Golden of Clarksville, Karen Bridges of Lamar; three grandchildren, Alison Daniel, Pamela Davis, and Brock Bridges; two great grandchildren, Eli Shook and Colton Davis; four sisters, Nellie Vinson of London, Mamie Smith of London, Anne Graham of London, Dorothy Harmon of Dover; two brothers, Ruchard 'Gub' Cochran of London, Charles Cochran of London.
Funeral service was held 2 P.M. Saturday, December 28, 2002 at the Humphrey Chapel. Burial was at East Point Cemetery at Russellville, AR under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service.
