Zane Anthony Price, 11, a resident of Dover and Russellville, passed away, Friday, December 7, 2007, at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.

He was born January 12, 1996, in Las Vegas, Nevada to Richard Anthony Price and Robin Amber Reeves Brown. Zane was an honor student at the Russellville Middle School and a recipient of the 2006 Presidential Gold Award for Academic Excellence. He enjoyed reading, playing video games, and most of all loved and cared for animals of all kinds.

Survivors include his parents, Robin Brown of Dover and Richard Price of Russellville; his maternal grandparents, Fannie and Irvin Reeves of Dover; his paternal grandparents, Coy Price Sr. and Della Wright of Beebe; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, December 15, 2007, at the Shinn Chapel with the Rev. Rick Smith officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m., Friday at Shinn Funeral Service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Needy Paws Animal Shelter, 1100 East Main, Clarksville, Arkansas 72830; 479-754-4200.
