April 21, 1910
(from Garfield) Died last Saturday evening, Mr. Andy Duty. He had hurt the back of his hand with a hammer and that caused blood poison and it never got any better. The funeral services were held at the Baptist church Sunday afternoon with Me. Herod officiating after which they proceeded to the Ruddick cemetery where he was interred. We all join in Extending our heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family.
