Joseph Franklin Henry Duty, age 78, of Rogers died Tuesday July 7, 2020, at his home. He was born to Elmer and Bessie Grimes Duty on November 3, 1941.

He retired from Rogers Water Utilities and was also a veteran of the US Army. Joe was a member of Open Door Baptist Church, enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time but most of all he loved his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Max Andrews, Billy Ray Andrews, Carl Andrews, and Harold Andrews.

Joe is survived by his wife of 43 years, Diana Duty of the home; seven children, Bobby Joe of Cassville, Missouri, Michael (Ellen) Duty of Garfield, Patrick (Daisy) of Gateway, Erin (Ty) Atwater, Megan (Billy) Tyler, Ryan Duty and Shelyn Duty (Erick) all of Rogers; eight grandchildren, Joey, Jonathan, Cady, Joseph, Libi, Travis, Zade and Jace; seven sisters, Betty Barnes, Clara Smith, Pearl Landauer, Betty McMahan, Judy Teehee, Anita Allen, and Lena Pool; and four brothers, Wayne Andrews, Larry Andrews, Ricky Andrews, and Edward Andrews.

Graveside Services will be held Friday July 10, 2020, at 10:00am at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Garfield, Arkansas (12639 Walnut Hill Rd. Garfield AR 72732).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Arvest Bank account #34263127 under the name of Joseph Duty Funeral Fund.

Diana Gayle Duty, age 63, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021, in Bentonville. She was born on November 8, 1957, in Kansas City, Mo., to Elmer and Patsy (Pippin) James. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Joseph Duty.

Diana lived her life for others. She was a homemaker who raised six ornery children with her husband of 43 years. They raised their children to respect and honor God as well as each other. She was a servant of God with a passion for the youth and music. Later in life she had an accomplished Avon career where she continued to find way to help others. If someone was struggling, she was the first to step up to help.

She is survived by her children, Erin Atwater and husband, Ty, of Lowell, Patrick Duty and wife, Daisy, of Garfield, Megan Tyler of Rogers, Michael Duty and wife, Ellen, of Garfield, Shelyn Duty and Erick of Bentonville, Ryan Duty of Rogers; and stepson, Bobby Joe Duty; grandchildren, Joey, Jonathon, Catherine, Joseph, Renee, Travis, Zade, Jace; and one great-grandchild, Florence; siblings, Sherri Meyer and husband, Randall, of Rogers; two nieces; one nephew; and nine great-nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 10th, at 10 a.m. at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Garfield. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted under the care of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home of Rogers.

Honorary pallbearers: Stephen O'Neal, Renee Tyler, Jonathon Atwater, Joseph Atwater.
