Halsell, Aleen Bradley
Mrs. Aleen Bradley Halsell of Hot Springs, formerly of Rt. Plainview, died August 27, 1986 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Hot Springs. She was born at Buckville, AR, daughter of the late Robert and Avis Housley Bradley. She was the widow of the late Odie Halsell, a homemaker and retired grocery store operator. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include; three sons, Waylen Halsell and Dewey Halsell both of Onyx, Jim Halsell of Jessieville; two daughters, Wanda LaPlante of Hot Springs, and Mary Wilson of Jessieville; three sisters, Elaine Hill, Ala Jean Harper and Lavough Harper all of Oxnard, CA; also 16 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 30 at the Valley Home Baptist Church near Hollis with Rev. Joe Anderson officiating. Internment was at the Dry Fork Cemetery near Hollis. Grandsons were pallbearers. Arrangements and services by Cornwell Funeral Home of Danville. (WWW.YellCountyObits.org, Submitted by: Patron, 8/27/1986)
