Anna LaVay Moore Cody, age 83, of Casa, died Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Conway Regional Health System. She was born October 22, 1926 in the Rose Creek Community to the late John Wesley Moore and Minnie Bell Robertson Moore. She was the widow of J.J. Cody, a homemaker and a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by three children: Mary Jackson and her husband John, Bobby Cody and his wife Anna; Dean Cody and his wife Rettie Jean; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren; one brother, Bonnie Dale Moore and his wife Sue.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, April 26, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Geno Johnson and Bro. Gene Tanner officiating. Burial will follow in Hamilton Cemetery near Adona. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 25, at the funeral home.
