Married Claude Ellis Fountain.

Eunice Fountain of Bexar, daughter of the late John Junior Jones and Eltie Myrtle Chadwick, was born January 29, 1910 at Forty Four. She died September 7, 1995 at the Medical Center of Calico Rock. She was 85.

Mrs. Fountain spent her life as a housewife.

Survivors include her husband, Claud Fountain of the home; three daughters, Frankie Wilson of Kansas City, Missouri; Joan Gragg of Bates City, Missouri and Faye Bailey of Fort Scott, Kansas; four sons, Donald Fountain of Kansas City, Missouri; Buck Fountain of Franklin; Roger Fountain of Pineville; and Ronnie Fountain of Salesville; two sisters, Verlin Harris of Melbourne and Oral Fountain of Pineville; two grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, five brothers, one grandson and one great-granddaughter.

Graveside services were held September 9 at Crossroads Cemetery in Crossroads with Brother Mike Haney officiating.

Pallbearers were Shaye Fountain, Rick Fountain, Troy Fountain, Jason Fountain, David Fountain, and Mark White. Honorary pallbearers were Eddie Edmonson, Brad Edmonson and Scott Haas.

Interment was at Crossroads Cemetery in Crossroads under the direction of Howard Funeral Home in Melbourne.
