Joyce Evelyn Williams
Mrs. Joyce Evelyn Williams of Calico Rock passed away Sunday, April 2, 2006 at the age of 75. She was born to Basil Jackson and Lois Marie (Flora) Miller on February 26, 1931 in Anna, Kentucky. She was a Registered Nurse Anesthetist in her working life; and she and her husband Fred were longtime residents of Calico Rock. She is survived by her husband Fred of the home; daughter Teresa Hunt and her husband Don; her brothers Gayle (Barbara) Miller and Ray (Betty) Miller; sisters JoAnn (Jerry) Cooper and Mary (Jesse) Adler; grandchildren Geoffrey (Carly) Williams, Jennifer Williams, and Justin and Nathan Hunt; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Garry Ray Williams, and her brother Donald Jackson Miller. A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Mountain Home; Pastor Jerry Johnson officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Dr. Sue McLarry Nursing Scholarship Fund at ASUMH or to the 3ABN Television Ministries.
