Ruth Martin, 84, of Mountain View entered into rest on May 23, 2011 in Batesville.

Ruth was born June 12, 1926 to Roy and Berva ‘Bervie’ (Branscum) Williams in Flag, Arkansas.



She is survived by her children: Kenneth Martin of Springdale, AR, Keith Martin of Mtn. View and Michael Martin of Onia; grandchildren: Tony Martin, Angie Martin, Tonya Coats, Damon Martin and Iva Martin; great-grandchildren Shay Martin, Ella Martin, Colman Martin, MaKenzie Martin, Brooklyn Maddox and Isaac Maddox.

She was preceded in death by her husband Logan Martin and her parents.


Pallbearers were Lorn Fletcher, Troy Martin, Dewain Martin, Damon Martin, Donald Martin and Ronnie Lee. Honorary pallbearers are Darvin Martin, Michael Maddox and Gary Martin.




Logan Thurman Martin, 82, Springdale formerly of Onia died October 30, 2008 in Springdale.

Mr. Martin was born December 9, 1925 in Onia to Edward and Dona (Woody) Martin.



He is survived by his wife, Ruth Williams Martin of the home; three sons, Kenneth Martin and his wife Connie, Keith Martin and Michael Martin; five grandchildren, Tony Martin, Angie Martin, Tonya Coats, Iva Martin and Damon Martin, six great-grandchildren; two brothers Arnold Martin and Troy Martin; two sisters, Lezola Jacques and Lola Mae Richardson and a host of loving relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Edward and Dona Martin; five brothers, Earl, Herman, Raymond, Eli and J.W. Martin and one sister, Gertha Martin Moore.

Pallbearers were Mike Coats, Ronnie Lee, Darvin Martin, Damon Martin, Loren Fletcher and Dewain Martin. Honorary pallbearers were his nephews.
