Paul's parents were Israel Washington Milligan and Minnie Belle Milligan; Cora's parents were Columbus "Lum" and Macy Dement McGinnis.

Mrs. Cora Milligan, 88, of Walnut Ridge died Tuesday at Lawrence Hall Nursing Center in Walnut Ridge. Born in Shelbyville, she was a housewife and a member of First Free Will Baptist Church in Walnut Ridge.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Milligan; a son; and three grandchildren.
Survivors include a son, Paul V. Milligan of Waterloo, Ill.; five daughters, Bernice Wildrick, Wanda McCormic and Joan Wallis, all of Hoxie, Christene Bagley of Walnut Ridge and Joyce Ward of Ladson, S.C.; a sister, Hazel Krise of Cleveland, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services have been scheduled for Friday morning at 10 at Higginbotham Funeral Service chapel in Walnut Ridge. Burial will follow at Milligan Campground in Strawberry with Steve Trail officiating.
Active pallbearers will include Wendell McCormic, Les McCormic, Wayne Wallis, Mike Ward, Steve Milligan and Eddie Moody.
Visitation will be from 4 this afternoon until 8 this evening at the funeral home
