Prairie Grove - Henry C. Leach, 89, died in a Fayetteville hospital Sunday. He was born Dec. 23, 1895 in Crawford County and was a veteran of WWI and a member of the veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include the widow, Ola of the home; three sons, Bill of Ukiah, Calif., Henry U. of Yakima, Wish., and John of Norfolk, Va.; three daughters, Mrs. Maxine Burris of Prairie Grove; Mrs. Phyllis Sargent of West Fork and Mrs. Lillus Evans of Yakima; one brother, Harrison of Stilwell, six sisters, Mrs. Mern Sands and Mrs. Edna Haynes of Charleston, Mo., Mrs. Emma Nelson of San Francisco, Calif., Mrs. Lizzie Biggs of Prairie Grove, Mrs. Alice Remington of Mountain Grove, Mo., and Mrs. Nina Spratt of Henderson and 17 grandchildren.
Arrangements will be announced by the Luginbuel Funeral Home.
